Benefit The Rotary Club of Hawks Prairie
The
Hawks Prairie Rotary Foundation is a recognized 501 C-3 tax-exempt
organization. It was
established to disburse funds raised primarily by the Military Family
Support March started in 2003 by the Rotary Club of Hawks Prairie. This club supports so many other charities that it realized
that it needed some other fund raising activity to help offset the costs of
doing business and for the foundation to grow. The
Pacific Northwest Mushroom Festival has the potential to fulfill that
endeavor.
The
Rotary Club of Hawks Prairie also conducts an annual Hawks Prairie Rotary
Charity Golf Tournament and participates in several other fund raising
events throughout the year. Your
donation and support, whether in-kind, or through exhibit space,
sponsorship, or participation in this culinary event, is one of the few
events where your investment goes right back into the community! Please
take a moment and give this event sponsorship extra consideration.

is a special Pacific Northwest Mushroom Festival Admission Button that will
be sold for $5.
All monies received from Button Sales goes to Hawk’s Prairie
Rotary. Retail
businesses will get a special display to set up and sell buttons in their
establishment.
Money for buttons is to be paid at the time of receipt by the
business. Business
location will be featured on the Festival’s Website and in some advance
print advertising.
Plus you will be listed as a sponsor on the Festival’s Website and
in 40,000 programs distributed in advance of the Event.
